A Gemvara necklace was given to me as a Christmas gift including the little certificate and box. The necklace smells heavily of nickel/alloy metal (typical of fake/fashion jewlery). So I don't think its good quality. Even sterling silver doesn't give off that smell. You're better off spending your money at a reliable jewelry store.

I have been trying to work with this company since June 3,2016 to get my wedding ring repaired because this is the second time it has messed up. It is now October 3,2016. Sent ring at own expense and they said they lost it sending it back after it was repaired. There's additional info that I have but too long to write. They said they would replace it and have never received it. My wedding ring is over $3,700.00 value! I wrote and called Eli- the contact person. He is not responding, emails, L & P Facebook postings, and L & P private messages - all are being ignored. The phone numbers to the company no longer work. They still post on Facebook though. I have filed with BBB and the Attorney General. Next step is small claims court. I CAUTION ANYONE TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. I have read and talked to four others that have had problems with them.

Do not under any circumstance order from this company. They will advertise high quality products and send you cheap broken junk. BUYERS BEWARE

I ordered an item, paid for it and received a box with someone else's items in it. The packing slip was for them too.
I have tried and tried so many times to contact the company, left numerous voicemails and facebook messages and tried their online chat. No one is ever there and never returns calls. I am out $100 for an item that I have never received.
No customer service at all! This company is horrible. DO NOT buy from them.

I was glad to find this site with some good designs and not the cheap things you can find all over the web. I got a great rainbow ring from them!

Udi and Ben entered into an agreement to sell my product on their website and stopped paying their bills and now I am out of pocket literally thousands of dollars. Repeatedly tried to contact them via email and ask for the money due, nothing but empty promises and missed deadlines. Udi is the president of the company and I contacted him personally to settle the debt and I was assured they would pay, they lie cheat and steal your money. I would seriously avoid doing business with this company, you will learn the hard way like I did. I am pursuing this matter through the small claims department to recover my money. I can support my claim written here incase anyone needs a reference for doing business with Udi and his criminal fraudulent business.

Absolutely horrible company * the man in charge of counting your money after they take it from you. I had a terrible experience with this company and i lost a lot of money with no chance of recovery. I hope this business doesnt cheat anyone else and they go broke before someone else looses their money too. Beware of these frauds

The customer service is great and the products are beautiful. I had an issue with an order coming too late and they sent me a gift and a discount off what I paid due to that. I know several people who bought few times from this site and they all recommend it

Loveandpride is the worst company. It is a scam. Ordered a product and received it 3 weeks late. Account was paid in full now they are claiming I have an outstanding account by sending a rude email. Worst place to purchase a product. I received better customer service from Wal Mart

We ordered matching rings for Valentines Day. One ring arrived with no stone in the setting. We tried to contact the company to get a ring with a stone but got nowhere. We got one email saying we could return the ring at our expense and after they examine the ring, and if it is in resalable condition, they would make a refund of an unspecified amount at their discretion. The ring was never in salable condition as it arrived without a stone. I responded that their offer was unacceptable and was completely ignored from that point on. DON'T GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THIS SCAM MERCHANT! They will not stand behind their product.
